Terms of sale

These terms apply to every purchase from the Cro Watches website. Please read them before you buy. By completing a purchase, you accept them.

1. Seller

The seller is Cro Watches, .
Email: email

2. Our watches

We sell pre-owned vintage watches. Each watch is a single, unique item. The description, condition grade, originality information and photos on its page are part of our agreement with you.

Vintage watches show signs of age. Unless a listing says otherwise: the watch is sold as found and has not been serviced, it is not water resistant, and its accuracy is that of a vintage mechanical watch. A mechanical watch that has not been serviced may need a service in the future.

3. Prices

All prices are in euro.

Shipping costs are added at checkout and shown before you pay: €2.99 to an Omniva parcel locker in Lithuania, elsewhere in the EU and to the UK, the USA and the rest of the world. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties and taxes may be charged by the destination country and are paid by the buyer.

4. Ordering and payment

  • You buy a watch through the "Buy now" button or the cart, which opens a secure checkout run by our payment provider, Stripe. You can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We never see your full card number.
  • The purchase contract is made when your payment is confirmed. We then send you an order confirmation by email.
  • If you reserve a watch by email, we hold it for 24 hours and send you a payment link. The contract is made when you pay.
  • If a watch sells to someone else at the same moment, we refund you in full straight away.

5. Delivery

We ship within 2 working days of payment, tracked and insured, from Lithuania. Usual delivery times: 1–3 working days to an Omniva parcel locker in Lithuania, 2–5 working days elsewhere in the EU, 5–10 working days to the rest of the world. We send you the tracking number by email. The watch is your responsibility from the moment it is delivered to you.

6. Right of withdrawal (14-day returns)

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you receive the watch, without giving a reason.

  • How: tell us clearly by email that you want to withdraw. You can use our withdrawal form, but you don't have to.
  • Sending it back: send the watch back within 14 days of telling us. You pay the cost of returning it, unless the watch was not as described.
  • Refund: we refund the price and the standard shipping cost within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method. We may wait to refund until we have the watch back or you have shown proof of sending it.
  • Condition: you may handle the watch as you would in a shop. You are responsible for any loss in value caused by handling it beyond that, for example resizing the bracelet or opening the case.

7. Guarantee (legal conformity)

We are responsible for making sure the watch matches its description. Because our watches are second-hand goods, this responsibility covers any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within 1 year of delivery.

Things described in the listing, normal wear for the watch's age, and the limits of an unserviced vintage watch described in section 2 are not defects. If the watch does not match its description, you can ask us to repair it, reduce the price, or take it back and refund you. Because each watch is unique, a replacement is usually not possible. This does not affect any other rights you have under consumer law.

8. Sourcing service ("Find a watch")

  • The quote is free and you are under no obligation.
  • When you accept a quote, you pay a 50% deposit and we secure the watch. We send you photos, our dial check and a video of the watch. You pay the remaining 50% once you approve it, and we ship it.
  • If we cannot find the watch, or the watch we find does not match what we agreed in the quote, we refund your deposit in full.
  • Sourced watches have the same right of withdrawal and guarantee as watches from our shop (sections 6 and 7).

9. Complaints and disputes

If something is wrong, email us with your order number, a description of the problem and photos. We reply within 14 days.

If we cannot agree, a consumer can turn to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba, Vilniaus g. 25, 01402 Vilnius, vvtat.lrv.lt), which resolves consumer disputes out of court, or go to court.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country.
